I · Dispatches

Short entries, newest first.

1 July MMXXVI

The Lumina plate enters service

Commissioned by a builder to track a luxury lighting system too intricate to hold by hand. The instrument shipped. The firm stayed on, and over $40,000 in unpaid fees was collected.

12 June MMXXVI

Rewriting Hollywood

A landing page, built for a single pitch. It won a prominent brokerage the mandate on a portfolio of landmark properties.

28 May MMXXVI

An engine of one's own

A system that lets a commercial broker stand up a private AI engine. Proprietary end to end, owned by the operator who runs it.

II · Field Notes

The studio's read on the field.

Note I July MMXXVI

Fable 5 returns

The model went dark in June, then came back. What its return opens, and how a studio should move now that it has.

Note II June MMXXVI

Hermes MOA enters the field

A rival to Fable 5. Where it presses hardest, and where it falls short.

Note III June MMXXVI

Three models, one bench

We ran Hermes MOA, Sakana Fugu, and Fable 5 against the same work. The findings, filed in full.

III · The Community
